Fairly seamless from initial phone call friendly staff and very professional

I am returning to Concept Car Credit for my second car, I traded my old Vauxhall in for an Audi A3 which I had seen in the dealership. The cost difference between the two cars was minuscule, pounds and pence. I fell in love with the car at first site, I liked the appeal of having sport mode and the interior was really nice, leather seats with red stitching, heated seats for in the winter, I test drove the car and the engine sounds mint, it's really responsive and when we stopped I checked under the hood with no cause for concerns... Above all else I have always wanted a nice German motor and now I have one!

I am made up with Concept Car Credit! Every question I asked was answered, everything issue I have had has been address and there has always been someone at the other end of the phone ready to help me. I love my new Polo! The whole process was fast, professional, easy and stress free. Couldn't recommend Concept Car Credit for your car finance needs!

My daughter and I have both been looking for a new car to share between us, granted it has been more for my daughter than me but that is because I am a delivery driver and no longer enjoy the novelty of driving, my daughter on the other hand is normally the one driving me around and so far we are both very happy with the car. We went with a Seat Ibiza because my daughter loved the aesthetic of it. I had no objections at all because I know if looked after they are bulletproof.

Everything was perfect start to finish I only wanted a cheap run around car and came away with a little Citroen DS3 Hatch, the car has been fine, no issues so far and I have put some serious millage on already. Honestly, couldn't be happier with everything.

I have had many cars on finance over the last 14/15 years or so. I couldn't have asked for any better in dealing with Concept Car Credit. I took a car out which ended up having a lot of unforeseen issues, Concept took the car back without fuss and allowed me to choose something else which fell within my budget. I took a Nissan Note and I couldn't be happier with the car!

I went to Concept Car Credit in need of a new car, I had no real criteria in mind however I saw a Ford Focus in a really nice deep blue colour. I took the car and had an issue with the clutch pretty much straight away, this could have been the downfall of my experience however, it turned out to be the highlight as it showed how professional Concept are and I was amazed how they fixed the issue for me with no fuss.

I originally went to Concept Car Credit after a BMW which I had seen on their website, the car had sold and Kieran helped guide me to a decision and I settled on a Nissan Qashqai. Kieran had the patient of a saint dealing with my reservations and multiple visits to the site. The car itself is great, minor issue with the radio not working which Concept have very quickly sorted out for me. Full marks from me!

Went to purchase a vehicle and Laura made the whole experience wonderful . She helped me choose a car to meet my needs , sorted the finance , helped me with the radio and connecting my phone to the car . Absolutely lovely young lady , so polite , patient and kind .
