The Audi A1 I purchased was lovely, clean and very tidy when I picked it up. The customer service was literally fine and I enjoyed getting the car. Id sit them on a 5 star and deffo recommend to my friends and family.

I have always used Concept I've had like 4 cars of them now and they have always been sound. I can't tell you how easy it is and how smooth n straight forward the process is. They always find you a way to make sure you get that car and that is what is so good about them. It dead quick as well. I got a Merc A Class this time round and my Mrs drives it more than me shes always like 'right give me the keys I'm going out in car' and just leave me at home so I'm guessing she love it ahhaa. Id always recommend these guys.

I am over all very happy, I can not fault the gent that was dealing with me, he was just fantastic. The C4 Grand Picasso is driving beautifully and I can for sure say I would pass on my recommendations and use again!

Jamie was a start, really helped out from the get go to the very end. As soon as I let Jamie know that there was a few issues he got me booked in straight away with no quibble, it was so quick and literally in the matter of a few days and then I had my car back. I am really happy over all, I had never taken finance out on a car before but it has been so easy and I really feel like I have been looked after all the way though by Gaz. I just want to give Gaz a little shout out because he has truly tried his best and made this process the best it could of ever been for me.
