I was enjoying the car until someone smashed into me and wrote it off! They were amazing - they bent over backwards to help me. Everything was explained to me in detail regarding the finance, and I've asked them for help finding another car because they were really good.

I'm enjoying the car so far it's nice, everything was fine. I can't think of anything to improve.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Gavin rang me on Saturday morning to give me the details and answer any questions I had. We then drove one and a half hours to the dealership and within an hour we were driving home. The car has been perfect. Really happy with the car and the customer service. I took the car to my own repairers after collection just for a check over and can't fault for them for it's condition. The customer service was brilliant and the staff were friendly, did what was needed and were so helpful.

My new car is alright so far. There was an issue that came up after collection, and whilst it took a few days to get through due to weekend and a bank holiday, it was promptly rectified.

I dealt with Jamie initially via WhatsApp and phone. The communication from him was 10/10. He would either answer straight away or within the hour. We went through what I was looking for, and within an hour he had sent me lots of different options. I chose the one I have now. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was in and out quickly, as everything had been sorted prior to my arrival to make the transaction smooth and easy. The vehicle had been valeted, and I’ve been very pleased with it since.

Fantastic service from Concept Car Credit. Left my contact details on their website and within 10 minutes they got back to me. I discussed with them the type of car I needed and again within less than half an hour I was sent photos and then given a full breakdown of costs. All paperwork completed via email and today, just 2 days later, I’ve collected my new car which I’m absolutely delighted with. Would definitely go to these guys again and would highly recommend them.
