I like Mondeos and I fancied an estate so I popped back to Concept to see what they have. We got the Mrs' car from here so I had no problem going back. The engine management light did come on last night though so I'm going to get the AA to have a look. I can't remember who I dealt with but we got on aright, the staff are nice enough.

I have dealt with them before - I've had about 3 cars from them so far - I always go back there they are spot on. All the paperwork was sent via email and explained thoroughly to me. I'm going back to buy another in January/February time - they always look after me.

We did have a good experience purchasing the car but it stunk of dog and was covered in dog hair inside. My husband called them and they said you have to deal with it yourself. The staff on the day were brilliant - we were holding them up getting home but they were really patient. I'll give them 5 stars but I feel the valeting could be improved.

4 as the first car I got had to come back the day after as it had engine problems but they did sort me out with a new car and £1200 off the car with 2 years warranty for free aswell and payed me a for my days loss of work so I can't complain but yeah overall it's a 4 for me

I dealt with Stuart and he was fantastic, he gave me all the finance details I needed so I could make a decision. The car is fine, it's lovely I've been enjoying it.

I had a good experience, I felt like we were left in a waiting room for quite some time though, and it felt bit a bit rushed in the end. I thought the customer service guys were lovely and they explained the finance options thoroughly and said to come and have a look at cars I wanted, but it turns out there was only one available. I've had no issues with the car as of yet fingers crossed.

When we first purchased the vehicle, we had an issue with the handbrake. The dealership got it all sorted for me, which I was happy about. I would give Concept Car Credit a ten if I could, so it’s a five-star rating from me.

Danny answered all my questions and was very informative about both the finance and the cars. He made sure to explain everything clearly and went through the best options with me. I didn’t feel like he was trying to push for a quick sale. He genuinely wanted to help. It has given me confidence in the car, which I use most days to get to uni and back. I’m really pleased with it. It’s nice to just get in a car and drive without having to worry about any issues. A big thank you to the whole team who helped sort everything out for me.
