Recently purchased a Nissan Juke, couldn't have gone more smoothly. The guys were great and sorted everything prior to us picking up the vehicle. The tax, insurance and everything in between was done so it was very much pick up the keys and go. They couldn't have done anymore for us, truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

The customer service at Concept Car Credit was excellent! The staff were helpful and polite. They made sure I was looked after and just overall nice people to deal with. I do have a couple of small issues but I would still give the dealership 5 stars.

I did have an initial issue with the gearbox, however Jamie was great he got everything sorted for me without any hassle and quickly. Since then everything has been fine, no further issues. Great customer service.

Best deal I have ever done in my life and the best car I have ever had, absolutely perfect. Kieran was a top block, he met me on the Sunday which he didn't have to do to get me my car. He even gave me the car with a full tank of fuel! Everything went smoothly the only thing is I don't have any floor mats, but I can't even complain, I would recommend Concept to everyone one of the best dealerships out there.

Bri was fantastic, he was accommodating and took a lot of the stress of the buying process. He made sure to go through everything with me in regards to paperwork and how their processes work which was appreciated and gave me reassurance. He even arranged a drop off as I didn't have a way of getting up to get the car, the whole thing took about a week so a very quick turnaround. So far everything has been great with the car, I can't fault!

I cannot say enough about Concept Car Credit! I would recommend them to absolutely everyone. I dealt with Amanda, she was brilliant, when it came to the paperwork, this was all done online, I am not the best with computers so she took the time to call me and go through what to do step by step. It was amazing customer service she couldn't have done enough for me. We did that call at 10am and then at 6:30 pm the same day I got a knock on the door, and to my suprise my car was there! Delivered the same day as finalising paperwork! Just incredible! The car I went for is a Ford Kuga, I have had a C-Max in the past, but I am beyond impressed with the Kuga. I have never had a car that has cruise control before, I travel down south for work so I have to go on the M5 and M6. The journey is 100 times better now, I get on the motorway, set my cruise control to 70 and off I go, it is highly fuel efficient which is another great thing. The whole team were just on top form, they always answered the phone quickly, they were all polite and friendly. I can't thank Amanda enough for all her help, a real credit to the team! If I could give 10 stars I would!
