The car is fine and so was the experience with Concept. I'd give them 5 stars.

The experience was fine, no problem. The staff were great - very relaxed and made sure everything went smoothly. One point of improvement would be to offer delivery because I had to travel far to pick up the car. I'd give them 4.5 stars.

The car is very nice I really like it. I'll go back in the future to buy another one.

I've had a car before and I went back because they are great. I'd give the staff 10/10 they have always been good. The paperwork was explained fully and the finance company even called to welcome me.

I can't remember who I dealt with there but he was helpful, I was very impressed. He invited me to the office and explained all the finance information in detail I am enjoying the car, so far so good. It's way better than my previous car! I'm actually thinking about upgrading my husbands car so I reckon we'll be going back to Concept soon.

I dealt with were Kieron - he looked after me properly. The first finance company changed their mind and wouldn't finance the car though, so they had to find an alternative finance company with a higher interest rate unfortunately. I did enjoy my experience - it was a win win approach.

When I first got in contact he was very nice so I got there we drove around in the car and because there was problems with the tax and they said I could only tax it for the year and I ended up getting a free years worth of tax which was good. One issue was I live in Brighton and the car is in Manchester so there was a fair bit of travel for me but I ended up having to wait for an hour and a half before I was dealt with which wasn't great. They were really helpful and kept me up to date - It wasn't too long to get through on the phone either. The car works well as promised!

I'm happy with the car but all I do is a short commute and the fuel seems to be going down really quickly for some reason. The staff seemed alright on the day - I would have preferred them to point out the small bits of the damage on the car before I bought it though. I was happy at the time but could have been a bit better. I'd give them 3.5 stars.

Very happy with my experience. The paperwork was explained to me clearly and they even sent it out via email. I can't remember who I dealt with but he was lovely - very helpful because I didn't know a lot about cars.
