Gaz was absolutely fab! Such a nice guy, we have had 3 cars previous from Concept, I don't think we would go anywhere else. We did have a little trouble with the fold in wing mirrors, but they are getting that sorted for us, so I can't faut them. The car drives perfectly, both me and the husband are really happy!

When I have been to other places in the past it has taken them weeks to even look over my application and get the ball rolling, however, within Concept it took a matter of days from applying for credit, to choosing the car and taking it away with me! They have been so good, and made everything so easy. Without a doubt I would definitely go back for another when I am after another car.

I am really enjoying the Kia, it has been a cracking car. It was Bex and her husband, I think Gav, they were both really good. Left me to it to make my mind up, but were there when I needed them. Can't recommend them enough, really nice guys.

I am a previous customer and I always drive out of this place happy. These guys do the most convenient things- this is what makes the process so efficient these guys are always one step ahead . You can come in and drive away the same day with a new car, insured and everything. They have some great packages and try there best to find you the most suited car. They will always be prepared to get you on the road rolling. They are really good and I will probs always use them now. Always walk out with a smile on ma face. 😁
