Jaymie is amazing, he got me what I wanted for the price I wanted it. He is just excellent at his job and has a brilliant level of knowledge on the cars, is there anything he doesn't know?

I am a previous customer and I always drive out of this place happy. These guys do the most convenient things- this is what makes the process so efficient these guys are always one step ahead . You can come in and drive away the same day with a new car, insured and everything. They have some great packages and try there best to find you the most suited car. They will always be prepared to get you on the road rolling. They are really good and I will probs always use them now. Always walk out with a smile on ma face. 😁

I just wanted to say that I had the best, most perfect experience and service ever. I was dealing with Laura and she was honestly so good, she stayed behind her work hours, she helped me out with my budget plans and really took her time to find me the perfect car that would be most suitable for me. She was just wonderful and it was just such a lovely experience. I was there for 2 hours and was offered regular water and cups of tea which was must appreciated. I have used Concept once before this and the service I received previously was just as perfect as this one. Before Concept Car credit I had countless issues with the cars I had bought from other places or always felt like I wasn't treated the best, but using Concept was the best thing I ever did and I wouldn't go anywhere else now after Concept have put the bar so high. The cars I have had rom Concept have been nothing but reliable. I can not thank Laura enough, she is amazing!

Purchasing the BMW 1 Series was a pleasure at Concept Car Credit in the heart of Manchester. Its an easy location to find and your greeting in a very lovely manner. I was pleased with the way the staff dealt with me, they were so organised and sorted everything out for me, It was my first time and I cant wait until its time for a new car, because here is where you will find me! I think it was Danny that took charge of my sale and he was brilliant, he really made it easy for me, took every single bit of stress of my shoulders and carried the sale so well.
