Jayme is amazing, I came to the dealership and he was so layed back about everything, I wanted the A3- which I will be coming back for in the future. He was giving giving me so much choice of what cars I wanted to look at, which was actually really nice. Good from start to finish.

Hi Concept Car Credit, just so you know im really happy with the car.

I was dealing with Laura and she was hands down brilliant. I had another salesman dealing with me on the side and he was just as brilliant. The are amazing, what stood out to me was ready to help you out with anything whenever. Its a 10/10 service down there and I must say the Vauxhall Insignia is so blooming comfy.

I'm loving the Ford C Max, purely because we can fit all of us in, its a brilliant family car. We wanted to get away for easter and our car let that happen, a big thank you to Concept. Over the moon to be honest.

The service here is just brilliant, I love the car (Kia Sportage) I know I would certainly use them again.

I just want to say that the customer service I got from Keiron down at Concept was absolutely unbelievable, I can not recommend highly enough. Honestly this lad was amazing, he was so amazing. Nothing at all was too much for him and he really shined through. He give me all of the information I needed, If I was confused he would go over it again to make sure I understood, he was very thorougher and clear with everything and I wouldn't think twice about coming back to Concept because I have never received customer service like this. I'm going back in 2 years to get a even better deal and to hopefully deal with the amazing Kerion again.

I came down to Concept to buy a car as I was in serious need of a new motor. I can't tell you how clean the car was, it was validated to a very high standard and that, I can not fault in the slightest. The way I was dealt with was brilliant, The Insignia is a lovely car that suits me very well.

These really did take the stress of my shoulders and I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. I am really liking the Ford Focus, something a little different than what I am used to but it seems to be okay and overall am very happy.
