We came to Manchester to get a new car for my partner and she has been over the moon and in a jolly good mood since. It was so clean and looked brand new! Fresh out of the factory. The staff were so kind and accommodating, I know ill back back when its time for a new car as these guys showed me how smooth a car sale really should be.

Was my 3rd time using Concept Car Credit and there will probably be a 4th and a 5th and so on. These guys are hands down amazing, so so good at what they do. The female I had dealing with me was lovely from the moment walked through the door, I had a cupper in my hand! All of the paper work was practically done for me when I got there. It was very quick, it went a bit like this.... Have a brew, take a look at the cars, choose the one you want and off you go' whilst being supported and reassured. The lady dealing with me stayed behind her working hours as we turned up at 5. I was in and out in 2 hours! SO HAPPY OMG THANK YOU!

It wasn't the first time I have used Concept, It was my daughter that purchased a car from here and she told me how great they were and recommended me to them. I am so glad she did. They have always been great with her and was so lovely with me. I can not recommend buying a car from these guys again. The reliability of the vehicles this dealership sells is brilliant, such a beautiful wide range of different cars to choose from that are so reliable and prepared for sale well.

Honestly I can say from first hand experience that Concept Car Credit aren't just good, they are excellent. Buying a second hand car is always taking a risk but the risk is worth taking down at Concept. I bought my Peugeot 208 and not looked back once, I know I made good decision with going with these guys. No issues at all with the car and no hurdles along the way during the process. Just wanted to say a little something for the lovely salesman Jamie that was so lovely all the way through. I really couldn't of asked for a better sales advisor. He was really friendly and put me at ease. There was a bit of banta and the lads were down to earth, just a great experience from start to finish.

Easy to talk to, easy to do business with and very personable. I would definitely for sure use again and recommend to my friends and family who were in the same boat as me.

Kerion is exceptional, he really helped me out along the way. The Golf is driving as good as new! Really pleased with it, still in the new car phase! I never give 5 stars, but this is as close to perfect as it gets so lets go with 4.5 ;)
