I would rate concept Car Credit a 5 out of 5. They were great, all round I am really happy and the Nissan I purchased is fantastic. Everybody I came across was happy to help and very friendly. A nice place to find your next car. It was also ncie that everything was done under one roof, they managed to get me finance and the car I wanted in the same day!

I loved my experience - I got to test drive a few cars and honestly, I just loved the way the Ford Focus drove I drove a few different cars and the sales team was more than happy assisting in this, they allowed me to find the right car for me and didnt rush or pressure the situation. The test drives were so relaxed no time pressure put on, it was lovely! The car is lovely and I love it. The staff were very welcoming and highly approachable.

These guys really were so good from the get to! The 1Series is just the best ever and I am loving it, its the nicest car Ive ever owned. I loved the member of staff I dealt with, but all of them were so great and gave me so much reassurance. I will recommend to all of my friends.

I wouldn't say it was an upgrade, but I came just to get a newer car, more reliable and less miles etc, I got the BMW 1 series, a little hatchback and I love it. It's a great little car! I was very pleased with the dealership, the BMW was very well presented and looked brand new! I have had no issues what so ever with the car.

The Vauxhall Astra is a good to tell the truth. Drives really nice and is pretty smooth on the roads. I found the staff at Concept Car Credit to be incredibly helpful and they really know their stuff about cars. I would use again and I will be absolutely recommending.

Just a special shout out to Becky who I originally spoke to when I first called up, Becky reassured me and gave me so much information and support I cant thank her enough. She went through the details and then passed me over to Laura who sorted mostly everything for me! She was just perfect from start to finish. Absolutely amazing and just spot on with everything she did. She helped me out all of the way through to driving away in the car. I couldn't of ask for a better service. I purchase a lovely Mercedes E Class and that is spot on also ! I am loving it.

This is my second time using Concept Car Credit and I am very happy with both times I have been there. My other car got wrote off so I needed another that's why I came back. All the people there are lovely and I would come back here when I want to upgrade this car. Concept is my number 1 place to come. Always recommending you to others too.
