Everything is sound with my Audi Q5. Everything was done on the phone with Concept, from the comfort of my own home. I did not have to go up there and mess around and I didn't want to go out of my way to be told I couldn't get credit. I got accepted for the credit, and I only went there when I needed to pick the car up. It was all ready for me very clean and all the documents ready to go no messing around at all.

It was not the first time I have used concept car credit and it won't be the last, I had a Ford Focus previously and I decided it was time for me to get a newer addition. I was struggling to get finance elsewhere but concept car credit managed to arrange this for me. The new Ford Focus is a dream... I am very happy.

I am over the moon with my Dacia its so easy to drive and very comfortable. The service off concept car credit was brilliant, very easy to understand and explained perfectly.

My Insignia is beautiful, it drives smooth, my children love it too. It is a very well kept car in great condition. I had an slight issue but Concept Car Credit made sure this was put right in a timely manner. Everything was spot on.

I love the Nissan Juke it is nice to have a bigger car, I went to this from a Mini and it is a big change in the size. I have a new born baby so this helps massively with the extra space.

We had a Seat before we purchased the Audi A3, I must say it took me a while to get used to it but now that I have done it is a little gem. It is a lovely car to drive. Concept Car Credit were more than helpful, it was brilliant we did not have to do a thing, they did everything for us from begin to end.

Apart from asking for a bigger deposit than was agreed before we went to pick up the car we were offered a smaller car that we didn't really want but was able to get the deposit reduced for the car we wanted and thank you very much for all your time and help we love the car

Apart from a little issue with the tyre pressure sensor, the car is absolutely fantastic, can't fault it. The Focus is lovely to drive and is in great condition too. Everyone at Concept were brilliant to deal with, very helpful.

Absolutely brilliant, really happy with the customer service provided. They have helped me out quite a bit with the car actually, they are covering the cost of the diagnostics and the small issues it does have so I can't fault them really. Their customer service has been top notch, definitely deserving of the 5 stars!
