She showed me the car in great detail and explained everything so clearly. The car itself has been great, not really had any issues, and it is gorgeous to drive. Although I did have a bit of an issue to begin with, Concept have been more than helpful in getting that sorted for me. They reimbursed me for the amount it cost to get the rod fixed and were deeply apologetic. From start to finish they have been a great help, I can't fault them really.
