I cannot praise Laura enough, she was totally fab. I tried a few other companies for finance but I was going round in circles with them and getting nowhere. I then came across Concept and the whole experience was in another league. I would definitely recommend anyone that is struggling to get finance elsewhere to give these a try. The whole process was so smooth I did not have to do anything, a stress free service.

I applied for finance to purchase a new car from Concept, this was my first experience using them, first impressions go a long way in my eyes and they certainly made a good one. I was contacted by a guy called Keiron he was so helpful, and his knowledge was superb. It did not take long from the moment I got accepted for the finance to my Audi being delivered. There isn't a thing I can fault about concept car credit, they are amazing. I found out about concept car credit after seeing them advertised online. I was told that I had been accepted for credit with them. I drove all the way from Durham to Manchester to collect the Volkswagen Touran, I was able to take it for a test drive and it was really nice to drive. I also needed a bigger car for the family and this is a 7 seater so it was ideal for me. it was also an absolute beautiful drive back from Manchester to Durham in my new car, it is spot on!
