The Kia is absolutely brilliant, I am well happy with it! It were nice and tidy for me, so I couldn't fault it really. On short trips it is a bit heavy on the fuel, but doing good distance runs it is blooming' perfect. Baz was the guy we dealt with, and he were brilliant, couldn't fault him. If they had another car we were after, I would be happy to go again.

I can't thank the team down at Concept Car Credit enough especially Garry, he was so professional and understanding. Top bloke. The whole process of purchasing my new Nissan Qashqai was so smooth and easy, I didn't once feel stressed or under pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using the dealership again if they have a vehicle of interest.

Laura helped me through the process from start to finish and although it wasn't easy Laura was absolutely fantastic so so helpful and lovely I can't thank her enough. I like my new Nissan Qashqai few minor issues but what you expect from a used car they went above and beyond to help fix all issues before I drove away with my car.

This is the second car I have had from Concept, the team are absolutely perfect to deal with. I couldn't fault them one bit. The Qashqai is perfect, no issues at all. I would recommend Concept to anyone, and would definitely buy again, the way things run down there is brilliant.

Can't complain at all, I am really very happy with my car. Everything was really simple and easy, the whole team were great. They said if I want an upgrade in 2 years, they are more than happy for me to go back and do so, so I think I will definitely be back for an upgrade! I would definitely give them 5/5.
