It was Jaymie and Lisa that I was dealing with and they were fantastic, such lovely ladies to deal with. I part x'd my previous car in that I got from here and went with a Ford C-Max this time. The car has been really good up to now I cant fault it. I don't think I would go anywhere else for my cars, Concept always sort me out!

From start to finish Kieron and the team were absolutely incredible. I didn't have the best credit and got declined from a few places, but Kieron managed to help me out and sorted me a lovely car. He was such a kind sales guy, he rang me and give me directions to Concept as it was quite a distance from me, he was just so helpful and really went out of his way for me.

I have been meaning to leave Laura a review for a while, she was absolutely fantastic and definitely deserves the recognition. Right from the get go she was so helpful and so kind. She explained everything really clearly and showed me all of the cars I had to choose from. The Peugeot has been absolutely fantastic, I love it. If you are after a second hand car, I definitely recommend Concept!

Gaz was absolutely fab! Such a nice guy, we have had 3 cars previous from Concept, I don't think we would go anywhere else. We did have a little trouble with the fold in wing mirrors, but they are getting that sorted for us, so I can't faut them. The car drives perfectly, both me and the husband are really happy!
