Really happy with the car upto now, I haven't used it as much as I thought I would, as I am bringing a company van home, but on the days that I do use it, I have had no issues at all! I can't quite remember the gents name, but he was marvellous, a really nice guy to buy from!

So far everything is absolutely perfect, no issues at all with my car. The customer service from the team at Concept was superb. Everyone was super friendly, especially Jamie who helped me out a massive deal. Definitely recommend concept!

The customer service was so so good down at Concept Car Credit, I can't quite remember my sales persons name, but they were brilliant, answered all of my questions I ad. The only thing I wish was a bit better was, I wish the payments were explained more clearly. The guy with the paperwork, not my sales guy, just told me where to sign, I didn't really understand what I was paying. Apart from that, it was perfect!

Gaz was absolutely class, I absolutely battered him with about 5 million questions, but he answered all of them! He was a really great guy to deal with. The Hyundai is great, it is taking some getting used to as I am a GTI guy, but I can't fault the car really.

I love the car, it is bloody perfect! Such a nice car to drive, and is quite nippy too! Kieron was a cracking lad, got everything sorted for me, and was really great to buy from. It were perfect buying from Concept, I would definitely go again!
