Jamie at concept car credit is a superstar, he was exceptionally good, really nice, very helpfully, a pleasure to deal with, In-fact I was so impressed that I am now going to arrange to come back with my partner to look at getting a car for him too. My Qashqai is a little beauty, I'm totally over the moon with it. I happily recommend this company to anybody who wants to buy a new car.

I have just upgraded my old Corsa for a newer more modern one and it is so much better, tis so nice inside and much smoother to drive. I hadn't heard of Concept and didn't know anybody that had used them before but I 100% recommend them to everybody! Kieran was superb, I am not computer literate, I am old school but Kieran went through everything with me in great detail and really helped me, he told me to give him a call if I needed any further assistance with anything and he was always on the other end of the phone. Everyone that has been involved have been brilliant it was not just one person to me it is the whole team that helped along the way.

It is not the first time I have used concept car credit and it will not be the last. The service that they offer is second to none and it is so simple and hassle free. Just bought an Insignia and it is spot on, I am very happy with it. I dealt with Jamie and he was bang on. I had an issue with the car but they took ownership of this and they were rapid in getting this all sorted for me. Credit where it is due to Concept car credit.

This is my first ever car so I am over the moon, I learnt to drive in a Mercedes so it took me a while to get use to my VW Polo, now that I have done I am well chuffed with it. I tried to to get finance from another company but I was going round in circles with them, I then came across Concept car credit and they seemed really on the ball with everything, it was a really fast service, I could not believe how soon from applying for the credit it took to receive my Hyundai.
