Everything was so seamless buying from Concept, I sorted the finance, chose the car I wanted and took it away with me, as simple as. There was no delays, no hounding from the sales guys, and no pushiness. The Astra has been great since the purchase, no issues at all, I am so impressed!

I did have a few issues with a coolant leak to begin with, however, everything in that department was sorted really quickly. If they had another car I was after, I would be more than happy to use them again, as they take really good care of you.

They needed to change a part on the car and they let me know when it arrived, when it was fitted and when it was all done etc, really good communication. Bought a brilliant new car and I love it. The guys were brilliant and looked after me well. I have only used these this once but I would defo come back for another car when I'm ready to upgrade.

Everything is fine with my Mokka, its a bit different getting used to after a 1.4 Mini this is a much bigger car but I love the size difference and now I'm used to it I love driving it. The customer service was good and everybody helped me out if I needed anything.
