The BMW has been a lovely car upto now, it is a good little runner and has caused us no issues! The lady who we dealt with was really good from start to finish, she made everything so so easy! It was my first time using Concept and I would definitely go again!

I recently got the Ford Ecosport in January from Concept, and although it is a lovely car, it just isn't the one for me. I have been in contact with Jamie, and she is more than happy to get everything sorted, so we are currently looking for a new car on their website. They have been really good in how they have handled everything for me, and are always very pleasant to speak too, I definitely recommend Concept.

The car is absolutely amazing, I am so happy with it! 3 days in I did manage to get a stone chip on my window screen annoyingly, however, apart from that the car has been running a dream! Everyone at Concept was a great help in getting me the car, so I thank you all for your hard work!

My Clio has been absolutely perfect, it is such a lovely little car and is running very well! When I went to pick it up it was in very good nick, they gave it a good wax and polish for me! It was mainly Laura who I dealt with during my journey with Concept, and she was fantastic, such a nice girl and treated me very kindly. I'd be more than happy to give her the full 5 stars, they are a lovely dealership.

This is my second time buying a car with Concept, if they weren't good the first time I wouldn't have gone back, so I think that speaks for itself. They make everything really easy and are a really nice team to buy from. You are never rushed, and although the cars are second hand, they are of really good quality too. We went with a Hyundai IX35 this time, and we are more than happy with it, I would definitely recommend.
