Everything was sound when buying from Concept and I would happily buy from them again, things were so simple I might even consider another car for them sooner rather than later!

My Dacia Duster is running great! I need a reliable car due to the amount of miles I have to do for work and this car is just that, I have been doing about 100 miles a day in it give or take and the car hasn't skipped a beat. The process of buying the car was brilliant, the team sorted everything out for me and it was just a case of me getting some papers signed on the computer. So straightforward!

I have to say there were no faults with the customer service I received at Concept, they were all lovely to deal with and a massive help towards me. One of the little reflectors on the rear of my Fiesta was actually broken and when I pointed this out to them they were more than happy to agree to getting that part sent out to me, which was very kind of them.

I bought an Astra from Concept and I am very pleased with it, the car is very nice to drive. Everyone who I dealt with was really nice and they explained everything I needed them to really clearly. There is nothing I could complain about.

Concept Car Credit has been the only place I have bought cars from since 2013, I think my Mondeo is about the 4th car I have had from them. The customer service is always spot on and I was just as happy this time as all the times before. There have been absolutely no issues with the Mondeo to date! Of course I'm going to be giving them five stars, they have taken excellent care of me over the years.

A few months on I am happy to say that all is great with my Range Rover. I was very happy with the customer service and I don't think I could have wanted more from them. I believe it was Jamie who was leading the march on everything and he was great, they sourced exactly what I was looking for and in a time scale that I was shocked by! I couldn't believe how quick the turn around was. They kept well in touch with me throughout so there was never any need for me to chase.

I am blown away by the speed and ease of purchasing my Kadjar. The team were on hand to answer all of my question and made everything so simple. There was never any pressure and all paper work was completed efficiently. The car was spotless and there is nothing I could have wanted the team to improve. To be honest it was all pretty much perfect!
