Laura was absolutely incredible from start to end and even after she was always there to help me out! I had a crash in my previous car so Laura helped sort that claim out for me, she helped me find cheap insurance for this car and helped me with the paperwork/tax too! She was such a lovely girl, the best sales person I have ever had. I have already recommended my cousin here, as soon as she is 21 she is going to use Concept for her next car.

Concept were so good to me when I was buying my Peugeot 2008. When I came to collect the car they waited behind for me as I work quite late, and didn't rush me even tho I was eating into their time. The car has been lovely to drive, really nice and everything we have been needing, definitely recommend Concept!
