I could easily see myself buying from Concept again in a couple of years time, I am made up with the Fiesta I got. I think next time I might go for something a bit bigger. All the guys I spoke with at Concept were lovely and very easy to get along with. They explained everything to me so I knew what I needed to do.

I have no problems with the car or the customer service I got from Concept Car Credit and I would give five stars!

Everything has been absolutely perfect with the Aygo I bought from Concept in November, the car is suiting me so well and I haven't found any problems with it. I was really happy with how the staff treated me too, they were polite and friendly. There was nothing more I could have asked from them.

My experience as a customer of Concept was a really good one. I mainly dealt with Gaz and he was great and tried his best to accommodate me. The main thing that I struggled with was getting down to the dealership to collect the car and Gaz tried his best to arrange a delivery day for me but unfortunately our days of availability didn't cross over. In the end I was able to get a train down and the car was ready for me to take, looking beautifully clean too!
