Got myself a sound little Renault from Concept, the car is absolutely fine and hasn't given me any jip. I didn't have any issues with the customer service either, the team members I dealt with were all incredibly pleasant to deal with. I would rate Concept a solid four stars because nobody is perfect but these guys are pretty close 😊

Customer service was fantastic and had to get the fuel filter changed on it which was arranged for and and paid for. The Hyundai is fantastic just what we need with the space for my children so we they have their own space when it is needed!
