I can't tell you how amazing my experience was from start to finish at Concept car credit. I was in desperate need of a car as my old one was no longer running, the team down at the dealership were so helpful friendly and gave me all their time and attention making sure I was well looked after and helped me choose the right car for me. I can't thank you enough.

I purchased my Golf from concept car credit and I love it really happy with the way Dan and Laura were so so helpful and couldn't do enough for me, they made a stressful process so relaxing and easy. Shortly after leaving with my vehicle a warning light came up on the dash, after phoning them they couldn't do more for me booked in and fixed the next day, wonderful five star service.

I do absolutely love my car Nissan x-trail. Jamie was fantastic so helpful and lovely definitely knows what he's doing. I'll definitely use concept again.

Car runs really nicely and was clean and tidy upon collection, everyone down at concept car credit were friendly and approachable I couldn't fault them one bit.

The car is absolutely brilliant, I am really happy with it. Kieron was a great lad, gave me all the info I asked for, and set everything out really clearly. He was a nice lad to buy from, couldn't fault him really. Definitely recommend and would happily use again.

Really happy with the Ford Focus, it is a cracking car, drives really well. The whole team at Concept were fab, no issues at all. Somebody did go into the back of me yesterday actually, but there was no damage to my car, so everything is solid👍.

I did have a bit of an issue with the car to begin with, but the team at Concept were absolutely fantastic in getting that sorted! They picked the car up for me, too it to the garage, then once it was all done, they picked it back up from the garage and brought it back to me. They couldn't have done much more for to help me out, so I can't fault them. I would definitely recommend!

I would definitely use Concept again if I was ever after another car. They were excellent when I was buying my Mini, made everything a doddle, and very quick too! I have had absolutely no issues at all with the car, it has been a great little runner!
