As with any second hand car purchase sometimes the inevitable can happen and you can run into an issue or two and in my book the only thing that matters is how the dealer handles it. Concept were so easy to deal with, Laura in particular was fantastic when I discovered the issue and got it put right for me immediately. Since then the car has been spot on. Can't thank Concept enough for there brilliant service both during and after sales.

Such a great car buying experience at Concept! I don't think there is anything I could have wanted them to improve upon. Their overall purchasing process was efficient. There wasn't any unnecessary waiting around. The X-Trail is a great piece of kit and is serving me very well.

In the past when I have purchased cars I have felt pushed and pressurised but it was the complete opposite here. The let me take my time and look around the vehicles available. I chose a Hyundai which I am so pleased with 😊 Would happily use again.

We bought a Ford Grand C-Max from Concept and I don't think we could have picked a more perfect car! The kids love it, the sliding door on the side and the function of the folding middle seat means they can just walk right into the back. The car car has really good mileage and the MPG is impressive! When we were making the purchase we were quite time limited because we had travelled such a long way so they went above and beyond to make sure we were sorted in good time.

I visited Concept with a few cars I wanted to view, I cant thank the gentleman who dealt with me enough because he stayed late while I was making my decision and was never the slightest bit pushy. I went with a Kia Sportage in the end and it is absolutely brilliant! I without a doubt made the right decision. There was a slight issue with one of the sensors going off but this was dealt with immediately! Very happy with how this was handled too 😊

Concept sorted me out with a Kia Sportage. Car is sound and the guys were good to chat too.
