Purchasing the BMW 1 Series was a pleasure at Concept Car Credit in the heart of Manchester. Its an easy location to find and your greeting in a very lovely manner. I was pleased with the way the staff dealt with me, they were so organised and sorted everything out for me, It was my first time and I cant wait until its time for a new car, because here is where you will find me! The BMW is a really nice car and I must say I'm still in the new exciting new car phase. I love it though! I would absolutely recommend as like I said, id use again ! 💗

I think it was Danny that took charge of my sale and he was brilliant, he really made it easy for me, took every single bit of stress of my shoulders and carried the sale so well. I was dealing with Laura and she was hands down brilliant. I had another salesman dealing with me on the side and he was just as brilliant. The are amazing, what stood out to me was ready to help you out with anything whenever. Its a 10/10 service down there and I must say the Vauxhall Insignia is so blooming comfy.

I'm loving the Ford C Max, purely because we can fit all of us in, its a brilliant family car. We wanted to get away for easter and our car let that happen, a big thank you to Concept. Over the moon to be honest.
