My Audi Q2 is absolutely made of dreams, its a brilliant car and I absolutely love driving it, everything about it is fabulous, I am very happy. I had a BMW 1 Series previously, but it was just problem after problem. I decided to come away from BMW and look at Audi's and with the help Joshua I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Q2. From start to finish the whole buying experience was highly positive, Joshua was so kind, such a nice person and highly informative with everything, he was excellent. I would have zero reservations in buying from Crewe Audi again, and I know for sure I'll b stick with Audi moving forward!

I am so so so happy with my new Audi A1, its literally perfect! Its such a lovely car, I chose it in white so keeping it clean will be a task, but I'm more than happy to have her cleaned every week to keep her shiny and fresh like she was when I got her!! William at the dealership was amazing he was so so helpful and he explained everything to me really clearly making sure I was happy with everything. He showed me all the bits and bobs on the car before I left and helped me with the other paperwork too. It couldn't have gone any better, for a younger girl buying her first new car, William made it really special. Thank you so so so much!!

I recently dealt with this dealership on behalf of my brother .... (Who goes on holiday 2 days after enquiring and securing a new car?) I dealt with Tim on my brother's behalf and he was ace. I sorted all of the organising with Tim and all my brother had to do when he returned was go and collect the car. The process was really straight forward, simple and streamline, buying a car has never been so easy! I know when I want a new car this is exactly where I will be coming. My brother is enjoying the car a lot, he is very happy with the purchase. A great dealership to deal with, just a shame that the nice new shiny Audi wasn't for me haha!

Tim did a great job down at the branch. I enquired on a few different cars and Tim ran through details, history and spec's all of cars without hesitation, he was more than happy to spend his time helping me choose the right car. I decided in the end on a A5 and I'm chuffed with it. Brilliant car and brilliant customer service.

Absolutely loving loving loving my new Q2. Its such a nice car, drives lovely, super comfortable and looks the part for sure! Alex was great, he went through all the details and explained everything to me making sure I fully understood and was happy before signing away. The buying process was simplified and easy, with zero stress. I liked that Alex ALWAYS called me back when he said he would, he always ensured I was updated with anything needed. Going from driving an old Toyota Avensis daily and a old campervan at weekends, my new Audi Q2 is pure luxury! I'm still adjusting to the car (purchased in December), I'm slowly getting used to everything, the gadgets and media system inside the car is phenomenal, there's still lots to get my head around, but so far everything I've used has been extremely helpful. Coming from the Avensis, its like driving a rocket! Brandon at Crewe Audi was fantastic, he understood the transition I had made and he went above and beyond to ensure a smooth easy process of swapping. He even allowed me to trade the Avensis in which knocked a little bit of money off the new car - I didnt expect this! Brandon really was a 5/5 from start to end! I am overjoyed with the car and I'm so glad I made the change.

It was a pleasure doing business with Alex, a great clued up salesman with a nice easy approach. I secured an RS4 and couldn't be happier with it. I haven't had the car out as much as I'd like, nor have I seen it at its full potential just yet, but when I have driven it, its been unreal.
