Unfortunately, I don't give anything top marks because I think that there is always room for improvement, but Crewe Audi was very close! I originally enquired for a car which was a little bit closer to York which is where I'm from, but there wasn't the right car for me. So after looking on the internet, I widened my search and this is when I saw the beautiful Audi RS Q3! It looked amazing and after calling up the dealership, I got a little bit more information about the car and I was happy to make the trip down. After the long trip, I was greeted by Tim who was just amazing to work with and I think we worked well together, as I've purchased a lot of cars before this one so I knew the process. Everything was made easy and when I drove the car away, I looked forward to the long trip back to York, making sure to avoid the speed camaras, of course. It was well worth the trip!

I am pleased to share my positive experience with the customer service at Crewe Audi, as everyone was delightful, during my recent visit, I received excellent assistance and support. The comfort of my Audi A1 made putting the 600-miles on the car very enjoyable. This was my second time visiting this company, and I highly recommend it. 5-star rating overall.

This is now the 3rd car my wife and I have purchased from Crewe Audi and have both dealt with Joshua on separate occasions. I bought an Audi from here years ago and my wife bought a Mercedes from a different franchise store, the care and service we both received were on different levels altogether. My wife's car developed problems and the amazing service she received at sale soon disappeared - no bells, no whistles, just very very difficult to deal with. I said, get the car fixed, get rid and get to Crewe Audi - she did just that and hasn't looked back since! I went down in December to see Josh again to upgrade and yet again, he was a star! Its now like dealing with a friend, there is no pressure, Josh gives the best advice, happy to discuss all the different options. You don't feel like you are a sale, and Josh has never pushed the deal just to get a sale in. He was so accommodating and so honest - he wants to find you your perfect car and won't try to sell you something that isn't that. I first looked at one car and Josh said to me, look the boot space I don't think its going to be big enough for you, however the A5 - that ticks every box for you... make sure you have a good look around before deciding. Josh was right, the A5 was a much better fit. The A5 has proven to be a cracking car and it suits my needs to a T - I'm very very pleased with the choice I made, with Josh's help. The car is doing everything it should be, its spot on! Its nice to break away from the generic reputation of car dealerships, Josh takes extra special care of you, he is a nice lad, knowledgeable, and an absolutely credit to Crewe Audi / Swansway! I recommend Josh to everybody, and I categorically would not go anywhere else for a car, neither would my wife after her 1st class treatment from Josh. Oh, just lastly, I had a question last week so I popped into the branch and asked Josh, it was a minor thing the washer bottle was empty, he went you of his way to top it up and make sure everything was as it should be - where does this service stop? Absolutely AMAZING!

I've just changed back to manual after years of driving an auto, a couple of weeks on and its slowly all coming back to me. I just have to remember I now have a clutch! I am very happy with the car (Audi Q2), its lovely to drive. Jack handled the sale, he's great, he looked after any queries and eliminated any concerns.

I found Crewe Audi online when searching for an upgrade from my S3. Everything was done online, so there was quite a lot of trust put in from both ends! I was allocated Tim as the representative and he was brilliant, his customer service shone above any I've received in the past. I enquired on a RS3 that ticked every single box, and Tim was straight back to me with all the relevant details, he was upfront and honest and never hid anything. I traded my S3 in, and to my surprise got much more than anticipated! My RS3 is exactly as it should be, its in immaculate condition and to say I enjoy driving it would be the understatement of the year! The car is absolutely top notch, I'm loving it!

Recently purchased an A3 here an couldn't be happier! Tim was ace! Really helpful, he showed me everything on/in the car, explained all the bits and bobs, the do's and don'ts - he was fantastic! I will happily return to Tim in a couple of years to swap this for something else, but for now I am really pleased with the car and cant thank Tim enough for the service he provided.

Swift service from the team, it only took a week from start to finish for me to be driving away with the car. Since having my Audi RS6 it has been fantastic, and I knew as soon as I saw it in the showroom that I would fall in love with it.

Brandon was brilliant and I told him the same thing as we were leaving. This dealership has given me the best car buying experience I have ever delt with. I went for an Audi A1 as it is perfect for the small trips I tend to do, and I didn't really want a big car. I could not recommend this dealership enough!

I've just purchased my first hybrid car - its so lovely to drive but I must admit I'm still trying to figure everything out, its very different to anything I've had before. Alex was amazing to deal with , so helpful the service has been incredible from before, during and even afterwards too. I highly recommend Alex and Crewe Audi.
