I am really enjoying my new Audi A3 and enjoying discovering all the new techy features. I have always been loyal to Audi as I love the manufacture, the build quality, the reliability, they look fantastic and are really comfortable to drive. I have had some trouble setting myself up as a key user, I have been discussing this with Mark but we can't seem to catch each other to discuss further, I've missed a few call backs and he has missed a couple of mine. Mark has been incredibly helpful throughout, the expectations he has set have all been met or exceeded. Crewe Audi is a great place to look if you are in the market for a new Audi. Highly recommendable business.

My Audi A3 has been doing great since I got it in November. When I first arrived at Crewe Audi it was Alex who greeted me and helped to answer some of my questions but when I returned to the dealership to get all of the paperwork filled out, he had been dragged into a training meeting that he unfortunately couldn't get out of. This is where Mark stepped in and picked up where Alex left off, he is such a cracking guy! I was really impressed with how he picked up the workload and was still as efficient. I just wanted to make it known that both Alex and Mark were perfect.

Second to non service from Ethan at the point of sale! He was very knowledgeable on the day and helped to answer all of my questions, I honestly can't fault him. He gave a detail run down of the car before I took it away ensuring I was fully happy with my purchase. The car is running well and I've got no issues to report, I'm really happy and highly recommend Crewe Audi for all vehicle needs😊

After visiting this dealership for many many years, we are very impressed with the service we are provided and that's why me and my husband are returning customers. We currently have an Audi A1 and the car runs great. My husband isn't so keen on it, only because we had an Audi A4 before and it had a lot more gadgets that made it easier to drive like a softer ride and cruise control. We are getting a new car in the new year, so we shouldn't have the Audi A1 for much longer. However, there is nothing wrong with he car, I love it it just doesn't suit us both. We will of course be back to Crewe Audi in the New Year.

Returning customer of 20 years, and I can never faut the staff or the service they provide. They always go to the end of the earth and back, to make sure you have a great experience every time! Not forgetting about the quality of cars that they have to offer. I went for the Audi Q7 on the day as it was the exact spec I was looking for, I would have jumped through hoops to get it. I run the car daily and it has been faultless! 4 stars but only because some of the processes (that are out of the staff’s control) could make it a little bit easier.

My new car has been brilliant, I'm enjoying the drive, and I haven't had any issues just yet. Michael looked after me on the day and he was knowledgeable, let me test drive the car before purchase, and he was really nice to char with.

The car is doing exactly what it should! I'm currently using it as a daily car so it is having some miles put on it. It was William who looked after me on the day of the sale, he was great! He even waited for me and my partner who were running late for when we were due to view the car.

I can't pick a single fault with this company or the car! It has been sound from start to finish. The A3 drives sweet as and I'm really enjoying every moment of it to be fair. Brandon sold me the car and he is a top lad because he couldn't do enough for me and everything, what he said he was going to do, he did it in a heartbeat! I can't speak highly enough of him at all.

It's been a great experience having an electric car, as it is just so much easier to get in your car and go in the mornings without worrying about getting to a petrol station, especially with the range that my Audi has. The only issue I do have at the moment is it can take a while to charge with a 3 pin plug but I am currently waiting for my charger to be fitted to my house. The customer service was brilliant, and I haven't had any issues on that side of things, the only thing I would say is that the paperwork could have been a little bit quicker.

I'm so happy that I visited this dealership, as they had a massive selection of cars here to look at and that's how I found my beautiful blue Audi Q5! I think the salesman was called Coby, sorry if I'm wrong but his customer service and knowledge of the cars is top class.
