This person have ID on Auto Traders also orher sites.they take money on advance from you but the have no documents etcc don't trust on this company..

I bought a Suzuki alto and after 6 weeks the clutch collapsed. Had to get it replaced with partial damage to the gearbox. Also they said the car had been serviced but had loads of dust and sand in the engine parts so Needs to be re serviced. Do not do business with this mechanic, they’re deceiving customers.

I am a 40 year old woman looking for a car. Upon calling them in regards to a car the guy on the phone asked what area I was from what my name was and if I am indian. I dont understand what any of this has to do with me looking for a car !!!! Inappropriate spoken to plenty of dealerships previously won't be visiting them

Purchased a vehicle in February 2022. The following day in the morning noticed two tires are not road legal, rear tire had a bulge in. Yet the vehicle passed its MOT and service on the day of purchase..this should have failed the MOT. I don’t believe the vehicle wasn’t checked properly due to crown autohub forcing the sale through. 42 days after purchase the headgasket blew on the motorway. Crown autohub didn’t want to take responsibility and blamed me for the headgasket blowing, even though I had driven the vehicle 200 miles in just over a month. I received a nasty email saying due to my negligence the gasket blew and they were not doing to do anything about it. After an independent engineer report which took roughly 4-5 weeks to finalise proved the fault was present at the point of sale Crown autohub agreed to repair the vehicle. I received the vehicle back 16th July 2022. During the time I had no vehicle since (1st April) due to the vehicle having a fault point of sale, they didn’t even give me a courtesy car whilst the car was off-road and being repaired. (Over 4 months with no vehicle) - no worksheets/documents showing the repair has been produced and shared, so to this day it’s uncertain what work had actually been carried out. After 2 weeks of driving the engine overheating message was back so I rejected the vehicle under the consumer rights act 2015 due to the fault not being repaired and the vehicle not being roadworthy. After another independent engineer confirmed the fault was not fixed, the vehicle was accepted as a rejection through the finance company. It was then down to crown autohub to collect their vehicle under the consumer rights act, but they refused to collect the vehicle and suggested to drive the vehicle back to them - 80 miles on the motorway with an overheating engine. I refused to do this as it was not safe, but they still didn’t want to collect the vehicle so the finance company agreed to pay for the vehicle to be transported to them. Upon receiving the vehicle back, crown autohub was clearly not looking to pay back the funds for the vehicle. They wanted to deduct £1 per mile driven. Please note this if you choose to buy a faulty car from crown autohub. They also were looking for deduction after deduction without providing the point of sale photos so that a comparison could be made. I would suggest keeping the photos of the vehicle which they use should you decide to buy a car from crown autohub. They also failed to honour any timelines for providing documents or photos or any agreement to pay back the money spent on the vehicle. Crown autohub have the vehicle back with them and have still not paid the money back and legal action will be taken against them. For customers I can’t recommend this as a safe place to buy a vehicle, they don’t care about the safety of the vehicle and they care about the money. They can’t accept their in the wrong and they don’t want any liability. If this wasn’t the case I wouldn’t have gone through this process with them and they would have paid the money back on the faulty car they sold. Shame on you Crown autohub! As for lenders, I’m aware Crown autohub are blacklisted and I’m fairly sure if you read this you will also think twice about partnering with them

Would honestly give them a 0 if i could. Bought a car from them and within the first month the car stopped working. They were refusing to fix the issues with the car. I'm honestly so disappointed. What a waste of 4 grand. I have no choice but to scrap the car. Please avoid.

I recently bought a car that, unbeknown to me at the time was faulty. When I rang back within 48 hours to negotiate an exchange or a partial refund, the man became extremely abusive and even rang me back from a private number minutes later with some personal info about myself. Reported him to the police straight away. AVOID CROWN AUTOS UK AT ALL COSTS

Just bought my first Golf from Crown Autos UK. Excellent customer service professional from the start. I left a deposit and returned back to my lovely car and was all polished and serviced. Got to say Excellent new management.

Beware of one dealer at this company.Man in his forties,short,Middle Eastern looking,has slight limp when walks.He seemed lovely and friendly at first.I Asked for a V5C/2 document,he didn't give it,said he's registered me online.I phoned DVLA,they said noone registered me.He gave me 1 key for the car,promised to give second key later.Said he will cut second key for £50.I call and text for 2 months,still no key from him.He then asks £85.He says he doesn't need my car there to cut the key and he will send key by post.I speak to Timpson key cutters and Toyota main office,they say it's a scam,car has to be present to program the key to the car,he must have had second key all along.I meet with him,confront him about scam,he starts shouting.I say I'll pay for key when he proves it's not a scam.He refuses to discuss further, starts walking off home, locks gates on purpose to trap my car in so I can't drive home.I paid his colleague £85 for scam key so they would unlock gate and let me out. I was left feeling completely scammed and humiliated.

Have had a very similar issue. I also bought a vehicle from them recently. They keep changing their name. Was trading under Quality Part Ex Ealing. Would like to know what you did about it.
