I bought a car from Crown Autos Ltd, which went under the name of Motorland in their advert in Autotrader. They asked me to leave a deposit that they failed to mention was non-refundable, then delivered the car in darkness, having waited in all day for them. A few days after buying it, the car had a gearbox fault. I contacted the dealers who did not want to know. They were rude and dismissive. They also blatantly lied in their description of the car they advertised. I tried to get a refund under the Sale of Goods Act. After several letters and court action, all of which they totally ignored, I still have not had a response from them. Please do NOT buy anything from them.

If I could give this used car dealership a minus five star it'll be to good for them. Sold me a car with a faulty gear box which was apparent 3 hours after buying it. When I called Crown Autos UK asking for it to be fixed he said it wasn't he's problem, my boyfriend who bought me the car then spoke to him asking for a repair or money back he them threatened to be physical with him to put it politely in if he came up. I'm now in the process of taking these Crown Autos to court which I advise you all to do it if you've ever been treated like I have. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Even if it was the last car lot on earth. For those of you that have got a half decent car from them I would say you got were lucky. Faulty gear box, scratches that weren't mentioned in the advert or in the phone when I spoke to them, deflated tyres and the car was rotten. Crown Autos UK Ltd NEEDS CLOSING DOWN!!!!!

I strongly believe that Big Car Supermarket and Crown Autos UK Ltd are both are affiliated with each other. Avoid these car dealerships in Southall. In order to get an address, you have to contact one of their mobile numbers on the site and get a reply from 074597710. Crown Autos UK Ltd's website does not work. Both Big Car Supermarket and Crown Autos UK Ltd have no shop branding, both unmarked. If you like a car, they will request a 'refundable' deposit of a few hundred pounds and ensure the car will be cleaned (inside/outside), serviced, and all imperfections corrected. Bought a car from this dealing and was not what I expected. There was lots damage to the body work and the front bonnet did not shut. The car was full of rubbish. I bought the car but didn't have a test drive as I was too far from them but they promise me that there was not problems with the car. So I paid for it to shock when I received. It didn't look as in the pictures. On three different occasionally saying that the car was on the way and this lasted a whole week but the never arrived as they told. A week later I received the car but have to pay extra money as they demanded more money for delivery although that I already paid for the delivery. They are in my opinion dishonest and untrustworthy.

I Would never recommend for this car dealer.They always say never trust a car salesmen and it is 100% with these dealers. Bought a car from them a Passat V 10 plate, in the garage it seemed good, minus a few scratches, to an ordinary person you can't tell anything, even took it for a drive and it seemed fine as well. After I purchased the car I took it to a VW and he told me that the car has been painted one side and the engine light came on after 3 days from when I bought the car. He is very rude to wards me. When i call him the car dealer told me that he wasn't aware it had been painted, if he didn't know then he proved he's the worst car dealer doesn't even know a car has been painted or he's just a complete liar and doesn't want to take any responsibility. If you find a car at this dealer I advice you to look elsewhere. My first car has become my headache..

I bought a car from this dealer and it broke down numerous times within weeks of purchase. I attempted to resolve this with the dealer and they were very rude and unhelpful. A year on, I still have a car that does not work and no refund. They lied about the condition of car, claiming it had a full MOT just before purchase. The battery and the starter motor went during the first 2 weeks. They then claimed these were replaced during MOT, although there is no record of this. I have taken the car to a mechanic, and they have said that it needs almost £2000 worth of work just to be able to pass MOT.
