had my car serviced in July, was delayed in returning it to me and did not then tell me it was ready so lost 2 days use, no substitute car offered even though I have a service plan through them, am still waiting for the service report which was promised me by email (as their system was down on the day) but despite reminders on the phone, and emails still no information so I have cancelled my plan reluctantly. I don't know what they have done, what they have charged or what I need to keep an eye on and it is now 2 months. they used to be really good but I noticed the helpful staff have gone and this is sad that I have to find another service site..
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. They replaced 3 tyre sensors whereas the MOT failure was only for one. They replaced our front brakepads - with the WRONG brakepads, which had to be replaced at our next service (at another garage). They also said we had to replace the exhaust system (at great cost). I worry about the necessity of this, in light of other issues above.
We had a test drive booked for a specific time 15/08/2020. On arrival We had to wait 10 minutes to be meeted and greeted. Subsequently we were told a test drive had not been booked and the car in question was in the workshop being repaired. The salesman’s parting comment was get in touch later on the week but I don’t think you are really seriously interested in the car. He is right!!! After our brief contact with Dees we do not plan to buy a Ford anytime in the future
I took my car in for some body work repairs, they did such a bad job they damaged the car further. Despite repeated calls, emails and visits to the body shop reception, I have been constantly fobbed off and repairs remain incomplete. After nearly 30 years as a Dee's customer, I have given up hoping their shoddy work and lack of customer care will improve. I will need to take my business elsewhere. I cant give this dealership any stars.
I called Dees Ford in Wimbledon about a car and first I was hung up on as the receptionist pushed the wrong button. I made an appointment to see the car and drove from Watford. When I arrived, On time, the salesman was busy and I was passed to someone else. I waited for the original salesman,a half hour because we had discussed a deal. I walked around the lot twice and didn't see the car so asked twice about it with no response. Finally, the original salesman appeared and told me the car i drove all the way to see was not there, but st Gatwick, miles away. They wasted my whole afternoon, as well as fuel burned to do there. I do not recommend this dealership.

I have visited the Dees Ford Wimbledon showroom twice now regarding my interest in one of the cars. Both times, I have dealt with two different salesman incredibly unenthusiastic, not particularly helpful nor very friendly. The first salesman mumbled his words and I could barely understand him. Secondly, I had a test drive today and in contrast to other salesmen that have gone on test drives with me, failed to tell me anything about the car and did not show me any of the features of the car or how to use them. I was took on a quick test drive and really did not feel the salesman was interested at all. With other salesman, I have been in the car for a good 15 minutes being shown the internal features of the car and how to use them. There was a severe lack of enthusiasm for a salesperson and I felt the salesman didn't even really know what he was talking about. Not the attitude at all needed if you are in a sales job! I do not normally write these kinds of reviews, but this is not the behaviour I would expect from someone in sales and to be honest has completely put me off the car! I will now be buying from elsewhere. We also got quoted a lesser price to part exchange my car than other garages.
Numerous staff at Dees Ford Wimbledon branch were walking around whilst we were waiting 3 hours in the waiting area on 3 occasions! Before final purchase asked to see vehicle documentation details and were told “data protection” prevented this! On drive home troubles began! Sales department decidedly un-supportive. 12 hours post purchase we asked for cancellation and were told it was too late as our old car had already gone to auction. We were sold a decidedly dicey car! Never again!
We went to enquire about purchasing a nice looking Audi Q3 which fitted our requirements. Test drive was fine, but the sales staff were appalling and insulting. They refused to show any basic documents for the car (e.g. Reg document, Service History, MOT) despite repeated requests. Every time there was a new excuse not too including "data protection" which is laughable. Alarm bells rang... Then they proceeded to rubbish my part exchange car with the Sales Manager saying that it "had more filler than Wickes". Completely untrue and highly insulting. Overall, the sales executive and his manager were rude, lacking in any empathy or willing to negotiate (though continually knocking down the value of my part exchange).
Given a very good quote for a Focus, in writing by email. Went to appointment, price escalated by £4000 and offered a lot of extras I did not want. No interest to meet my needs or find out what I wanted. Ive now bought the Focus that I wanted at around £2500 less than I was offered for identical spec at Dees. I felt my time was wasted and they tried to tell me what I should buy rather than what I wanted.
