Lies and dishonest do not. Buy anything from dk cars and vans as i have found out.car described as full mot and full service with Silver warranty at deposit stage.after purchase next day service light comes on and Oil light.so i bring it back to them for a full service and Andy says Its volkswagen trying to get money out of customers.so he resets service light and then i had to Buy aircon gas and as it was flat.and the car has exceeded the changing of timing belt requirement time and it was not done and i was not advised which would have been covered in a full service.so i had to pay for it to get done 350.whilst having arguments over who should pay nearly 2 months after purchase my mechanic said this car has not had a service at all.so i brought the car back for a service they gave me a courtesy car that looked dumped with no petrol in it.i came back to collect and Andy showed me a receipt of parts bought and supposingly fitted.so i have gone home and got the car checked again to find none of the parts have been installed so i call and asked for my money back and was refused.in the end i paid for a local service and was told i would get my money immediately when i sent a Picture of the bill.this was another lie Andy quoted me his legal right to agree the work and then pay under warranty.then he tells me the car lot is only open tuesday to friday .no monday or saturday.im currently trying to get a full refund please dont Buy anything from them.funny how you can only see them by appointment be aware.
