We were guided to the car that was right for us not the most expensive, and all of the finance options and warranty were explained in detail so we understood. We've bought a couple of cars from them now - they've earned our loyalty!

I had a very good experience and we are very happy with the car. I really liked the no hard sell approach and the flexible test drives. I would have liked a tiny bit more info on likely choices in my budget and needs range but maybe that's just because I didn't ask! Happy to add that the team were very welcoming and very organised with test drives and final paperwork.
