All went fine with the transaction of purchase. The only thing I would mention is I have had my MG go into a sort of disabled mode a couple of times (dash board is on but will not drive or switch off or lock or do anything). I called you guy's for some advice when it happened the second time and you had never heard of it. Looking subsequently on the internet this is really common issue. So my only comment is maybe to be aware of the common faults with the electric cars you are selling . That would give a really good all round experience

Had a very pleasant experience with the guys at Drive Green. Picked up a lovely Mini and will be going back to replace the Mini in a few years (or maybe earlier to pick up a 2nd EV). Reece was brilliant throughout and very understanding to our situation where we were moving house and needed a car immediately post move-in - which may have caused some issues with address verification on finance etc. While the finance did take a few hours to be reviewed on the day this is out of Drive Green's control. Happy with the service, clarity and car (so far!).

The customer service was very good when we purchased from Drive Green. Before we finalised our purchase with them, we visited a few times and found them to be very patient and relaxed, giving us plenty of opportunity to test drive and check over the vehicles until we found what suited us best. Overall all has gone very well and we are very happy with our new car.
