So far so good with the car, I'm enjoying it. The staff were very patient and kind, showed me around the car and explained everything. I found them on Autotrader and decided to pay them a visit, and I'm glad I did.

Love the car, everything is perfect with it. Exactly how it was described, probably even better! The staff were super - really attentive, they made me feel welcome, and when the car started making noises they sorted it out straight away. A few bits of information regarding the car was missed out during the purchase, but apart from that I'm quite happy with the experience. The staff were fine, they came with me during the test drive and answered any questions that I had.

I can't fault much apart from they spelt my name wrong on the V5 so I had to send it off to get it changed. Really pleasant, good guys, got everything done pretty quickly. They showed me the car and left me to it to look around, and in all fairness it was a nice a pleasant experience.

When I went there they were fine, but it turns out there was an issue with the suspension and the brakes. I tried to call Easy Carz about it but they haven't got back to me at all. The staff were friendly and the car was clean when I got there. I'll give them 3 stars because they were really friendly at the beginning but I've got ongoing issues with the car.
