This was our first time using Easy Carz in Luton, and we had a very specific requirement: a Mini that would meet all our needs. The team went the extra mile to ensure that we found exactly what we were looking for. The Mini we ended up with ticked all the boxes. The dealership was only a short 20-minute drive from our home, which made it even more seamless and hassle-free. Up to now, things have been going well with our Mini Cooper, and we love it to bits. 

I really cannot thank Easy Carz enough for the outstanding service that I received from them while purchasing my Mercedes recently. The salesman took care of everything, so I did not have to do much myself, apart from sign the paperwork and agree to the deal. I arranged to travel the long distance to Luton after seeing a Volkswagen Scirocco for sale through AutoTrader. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by one of their sales executives, who made me feel very welcome and let me have a good look at the car without watching over me every second. I appreciated the laid-back approach, and after being allowed to take the car for a good test drive and being happy with the way that it handled and how smooth it was on the road, I went back to the dealership and went ahead with things. The paperwork was waiting for me to sign, so I was able to drive away in my new car in no time at all. I'm more than happy with my new car and the service.

Despite living over three hours away, the team at Easy Carz in Luton went above and beyond to arrange delivery of my Audi, which arrived within the expected timeframes. The condition of the car looked even better than what I had seen in the online advertisement. The highest standard of valeting was immediately noticeable, reflecting on the car and the attention to detail that this dealership put into their vehicles.
