I'm waiting for my son to pass his driving test before taking the car on long trips but I have taken it out around the town recently and it runs great and I don't doubt that my son will love it, I do keep getting a warning light that say’s I have low battery but this might be because it hasn't had a good run but I will keep an eye on that.

I've not had much chance to use the car yet as I work away but I did travel over 2 hours to get the car which drove great on the way back and it was very enjoyable to drive.

Almost perfection from this dealership. When I walked into the dealership I had my eye on this Jaguar F-Pace and I was excited to get it home, so once I had a good look around the car, I grabbed one of the salesmen and wanted to get the paperwork pushed through. The only very minor issue I have would be that I had 20 miles in the tank as I jumped on the motorway and the nearest service station was 18 miles away so a little more juice in the tank would have been nice.

Everything is going well so far with my new BMW 118I and I love the performance of it, It was my first time visiting Easy Carz and I would definitely go back as a second time customer when In the market for another car. They were very helpful, welcoming and I think they went out of their way to provide a good service. I'm still waiting for my logbook, but I know that this can take up-to 6 weeks.

What a great sales team! Since driving the car away in October, it has been amazing and I've had no issues at all but recently the back wiper seems to do what it wants. I made the team aware of this and they were quick for me to book it in the garage to get it looked over, long story short the issue is in the process of being sorted out. The team were great to get the issue sorted out quickly.

I love my Audi A4 that I purchased last month, I wanted to give it a little bit of a run around before leaving a review as I thought it would be fair to the dealer. The car has been sweet and well worth the 3.5-hour drive, but I was disappointed with the fact I wasn't informed about not having a tyre changing kit in the boot, (I didn't realise newer cars don't come with this anymore)...All in all, the car is sweet mechanically wise and the dealership were great to deal with.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Easy Carz in Luton - I got in touch with them about a car I was interested in after seeing it listed on Auto Trader and from that point on the whole process was very straight forward. The sales person was brilliant to deal with, no hard sell just honest, clear advice and information which they provided to me.

The salesman was a really big part as to why we decided to buy from this dealer. The level of customer care he provided throughout was better than any place I have ever been to before. I really liked the way he conducted the sale, he was more like a friend rather than a salesman and I was having an issue with the payment for the car going through and he helped me with that also. Everything was really relaxed and chilled I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a car. The Fiat I did end up buying is fantastic, driving like a dream. I cannot put into words how impressed I am with the salesman, he was such a lovely, lovely guy, there really is no better than this dealership. I only give these 4 out of 5 because no one is perfect but these certainly did come close.

I am really happy with how everything has been handled for me. I bought a Volvo recently from Easy Carz dealership. The sales executive was very kind, very patient, very knowledgeable, and he was just a very nice sales guy in general. There was no pressure applied at all, I was able to take my time deciding if it was for me or not. I took the car for a little test drive, and knew it was for me so everything was sorted and I was on my way. The car is a dream, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a new motor and shop with them again.

Every is going well with my VW Touareg at the moment, it is a great car. The customer service from here was also really good, it was a slick process, everything was clear, knowledgeable staff, it really was a good service from start to end. This is the first time I have used Easy Carz in Luton and I would definitely return here again when I'm looking for an upgrade.
