This is an absolutely brilliant place to buy a car from all the staff at Easy Cars were fantastic, such a friendly bunch of people that went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy with everything before I left them and drove away in my new Citroen. It was great to buy a car from a dealership like Easy Cars that put their customers interests first and don't just want to sell you a car. The customer service was really good at Easy Cars in Luton, I was very impressed and I need to give credit to them where credit is due. I got to take the car for a test drive before committing myself to buying it, it was a great car and smooth to drive so it was a no brainer to wrap things up and go ahead with the deal. I travelled over 3 hours on the train to come to Easy Cars but it certainly was worth it at the end of the day and it was a smooth transaction. I would certainly consider travelling the distance again when I'm looking for a new car if they have something in stock that takes my fancy.

This is the first time myself and my husband have used Easy Carz after finding the car listed on Auto Trader whilst searching the internet for a new car. We picked up for phone to make sure the car was still available before arranging to go and look at it in person. When we arrived at Easy Carz we was made to feel welcome from the word go and their sales agent was friendly and helpful when asking him any questions which we had, he did not put any pressure on us to buy the car and he also allowed us to take the car for a test run and told us to take out time. We found the car perfect to drive so our mind was made up, we went back to them to get all of the paperwork underway. It was done very quickly and we was driving away in our new Volvo in no time at all. We are really chuffed with it and happy to have chose this dealer to do business with.

I bought a VW Touareg from Easy Carz, I can't say I have had much chance to drive it since I bought it as my wife is always out and about in it. I am however, very happy with the service provided and my wife seems to love it.
