All the customer service was great, I am still really pleased with the vehicle I purchased, not had any issues with it. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Customer service was the best I have ever had! The staff deserve a lot of praise and if I was their boss i'd give them all pay rises for the great work they do. I am really pleased with the car. I am very pleased with my new Audi it is a lovely vehicle no issues at all. Would highly recommend Easy Carz to everyone!

Happy with the vehicle, but I feel there is some massive improvement needed in the customer service and sales side of things. As someone working in a similar industry myself, I was very disappointed. We came to buy the car in cash, and there was no enthusiasm from him at all. The interaction was boring to say the least. It was very much a case of handing the keys over and here’s the car. There was a big lack of good customer service. We also had to chase for the logbook several times, as he kept forgetting to send it out. It just seemed like he didn’t want to be there, which doesn’t give you much confidence in buying a car and doesn’t make you think about wanting to come back in the future. The whole point of a salesperson's job is not just to sell you the car, but to make a good impression of the dealership, and I feel he really let the dealership down. It’s a shame because we got a great car. It just wasn’t a great experience.

Customer service was perfect, the process was quick with no delays, and the car arrived in good condition. I can't complain, it was everything you would expect. I am still waiting for my log book which is why I am not giving full marks, but hopefully it will arrive soon. If it had come quicker it would have been a full five out of five. I would still recommend them for great initial service and quality cars.

I want to give 5 stars because the process was smooth, the seller was very nice and friendly, And when I was concerned about how many days it would take for the new logbook to arrive, they (the customer service) responded positively and effectively.

I’ve owned the car for about a month now and have noticed a few things I need to keep an eye on. For example, the parking sensors on the left side sometimes go off even when there’s nothing there. Occasionally, while driving, everything seems fine, but then a warning light will come on asking me to check the bonnet. Lastly, there’s an issue with the brakes: they were mentioned at the point of sale, and I was told the noise was due to the car sitting unused for a while, but the brakes are still making the same noise. Other than these issues, everything else has been great, the car drives smoothly.

I don't see any reason not to give 5 stars because it was a very smooth process. I wasn't at the dealership myself because my father handled it all, but he had no complaints and said it went well. Nothing major has gone with the car but there are a couple of small things about the car but overall it's running perfectly, it's a great car.

Absolutely love the BMW X5 – I use it daily and it’s been spot on. The customer service was great, no pressure at all. We travelled a fair way and they made us feel really welcome when we arrived. We looked around the car with no issues, they did everything we wanted and answered all our questions. Can’t fault them. Would’ve given 6 stars if they knocked a bit off the price.
