"Poor after service care"

Poor customer service, communication, speed and basic business conduct.
The car has been back twice for the same fault and has taken excessive time to repair, almost been with them longer than it has been with me since I bought it!!
Zero progress updates available unless you push them and even then the team don’t talk to each other so you receive conflicting updates which forces you to question the work being completed.
Failed promises to supply parts when we bought it, lack of knowledge on complaints procedures and returning the car for refund just adds to the building doubt of the team.
The car was with them for almost 4wks and was returned without even being valeted….below the standards expected of even a 3* company. I’m still waiting on the receipts for all the work that was done despite being promises they would be sent with the car…..
I don’t think I’ll be back to buy another car from them!

Didn't actually have any intentions of buying, was just looking. Because of the service and extras provided I got a very good car for a bargain. Fantastic pressure free car purchase. I dealt with a guy called Ash. What a pleasure he was to do business with. Nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't rushed with regards to the test drive and once I had decided to purchase the car Ash ensured that everything went without a hitch. I got dealt by a guy called ash and I couldn’t of picked anyone better to deal with me buying my car he was such a pleasure to talk too. He was very polite and I can’t thank him enough. If anyone wants a car go into Eddie Wright and ask for ash.

Awful garage. Bought a Mercedes E350 couple months back and did a deal based on them replacing a broken rear light and also a broken grill badge. This work was never done and I was told the parts would be forwarded on. This also never happened despite many promises by Dave in sales. He eventually passed me onto John Paul in the parts department whom never followed through with sending the replacement parts. Emails and phone calls were eventually ignored. I will never return nor recommend this garage, once the car is sold they want nothing to do with you. I’ve since had to give up which I suppose makes them win and I’ve had to replace the parts at my expense costing around £300. I went said if they want to send me the funds I will sort but no response. They have plenty of stock and some tidy cars but be very wary here, if anything needs doing, it won’t get done. Useless
