I was kindly greeted by Dave on Saturday, who was pleasant and welcoming. We explained we was just wanting to browse (had seen our purchased car previously online) . He left us to explore, no pushy sales here. After looking around the forecourt we decided to have a chat about the car. We was wanting to part exchange our current car, which we got a great deal on courtesy of Dave. He made me feel relaxed through the coversation to the point were i could not find the words and may have even come across blunt in places. He allowed me to test drive the car we was looking at twice (more because I wanted another experience). Through preparation I turned up unannounced to drop in our V5 and he allowed me to go and have another look at our newly purchased car. I was due to start work Monday at 6pm night shift, he had contacted me in the morning to confirm a 5pm collection. I called at 3pm and requested if could collect a little earlier. He was more than accommodating and explained I could come straight away just dependant on if he was with a customer I may have to wait a little. From start to finish could not of been happier. One happy customer, also an unlimited tea and coffee facility on site.

Brought my fourth car of Kevin at the weekend he dealt with everything perfect I couldn't of asked for a nicer guy to of dealt with let say ill be going back for my 5th car !!

First time buying a car from Eddie Wright's and I'll definitely be back. Dave Burdett was super friendly, really helpful and truly went the extra mile to get me a fair deal. The sale wasn't pushy, I was given plenty of time to inspect the car and any questions were answered. Everyone at the showroom was really friendly and any issues with the car have been resolved speedily and in a friendly professional manner. Will definitely be recommending to my NHS colleagues!
