Brought Sedona from this garage, staff were friendly.. Just had car m.o.Ted Failed on seat belts, tyres were in poor condition. Brakes were not very good, needed new pipes,caliper, pads. Side doors not operating properly.lots of faults.. Cost me over £900 to fix Would not buy from again

Sold a vehicle which is a money pit engine faulty how they can sell vehicles like this is unbelievable

The cars are bought through auction, bodged up & sold on. MOTs are passed through blindfolded & services are a scrap piece of paper. They're going to kill someone one day with the dangerous condition of their vehicles, even worse when they're selling family cars to young families! You may get lucky but it's not worth the risk. They are rude & sexist over the phone when you call to explain the car you have purchased has catastrophically failed & the warranty won't cover it, save yourself the grief! Remember if you have purchased a car from them & it goes faulty within 30 days you can reject the car under the Consumer Rights Act, not that Elderwood will make it easy! We rejected a car in May & the dispute is only just coming to an end in October! Do plenty of research & look through companies house too, unfortunately we are not alone & I would hate for anybody else to have to go through this nightmare.
