I’ve bought several cars from Essex Car Company over the years, and every time, they have made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. The cars I've received have always been of the highest quality, which is why I keep returning to them. Most recently, I visited them to purchase a Vauxhall Insignia, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with it. The entire experience, from start to finish, was smooth and satisfying. Their consistent excellence in both service and vehicle quality means I wouldn't consider buying a car from anywhere else.

Visited the dealership without a particular vehicle in mind, but a type of vehicle. Charlie the salesman was very helpful, talking me through the vehicles available of the type I was looking for. No hard sales tactics, let me browse the cars, look at some. I never felt pressured to choose or purchase.
I took a few days to research the vehicles, then went back, spoke with Charlie and made the purchase. Was very straight forward.
After sales was great too. Couple of minor bits and these were quickly sorted by Steve.
Am always dubious when visiting a car dealership I don't know. Would happily return here when I'm next in the market for a new car.

We initially went to look at a car at another dealership, but we weren't happy with it. By pure coincidence, we drove past Essex Car Company and decided to stop to see what they had to offer. Chris, the salesman, was amazing, and I'm very pleased with our Vauxhall. The service and the car exceeded our expectations. Towards the beginning of March, I bought my Renault Kadjar from Essex Car Company, and I have to say that the customer service was fabulous. The staff went the extra distance; no question I had was left unanswered, and the communication between myself and the dealership was brilliant. I love my Renault Kadjar; it is a great little runner and so reliable.
