Essex Car Company as a business have been amazing, all the staff have been amazing before, during and after the same. My inquiry was picked up quickly, I was giving the attention needed while considering the options available and I have had a couple issues after the sale, the issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. I am returning the car as more and more things are cropping up which need addressing however, I will be getting a replacement from Essex Car Company as they have been a pleasure start to finish.

I really appreciate the way Essex Car Company helped and treated me while on the hunt for my new car. I had a Range Rover Evoque, a 2014 model which was not ULEZ compliant, I loved the car but due to where I lived, I needed something which wasn't going to be running up additional costs for me and I couldn't think of anything better than a new model Evoque. I love the extra techy bits like the touch screen and heated seats, defiantly makes the difference in this weather! I love the car and the service was second to none, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, I didn't feel pressured just well informed on the options and I can't find a single fault with Essex Car Company. They are highly recommendable company and I would 100% deal with them again.

Things are going very well, the car is very nice and a great set of lads down at the dealership. I had a Corsa before which was my first car and I much prefer this car, the modern technology is quite nice, it's significantly more fuel efficient and it's a nicer size too. The service has been fantastic.

Everything has been great, had the car a little while now and it is really standing the test of time. Not a single issues or cause for concern, I was a new driver when I bought the Qashqai and it did take me a little getting used to, however, I love it!

The experience with Essex Car Company has been overwhelmingly positive, the customer service buying the car was to a really high standard, very informative and the gentlemen I dealt with very knowledgeable. I love the car, I had a Mini cooper and a Fiesta in the past, both 06 plates and earlier, so a Mercedes C Class has been a massive upgrade in quality for me. The car appealed for it's power, the size and strength of the build in terms of the safety aspects, I was looking for quite a specific trim, I wanted the soft top, premium pack, heated seats and key less entry, all the model features which you would expect from a premium motor. There were a couple bits which lost a mark for me, I spent quite alot of money on the car and it was less than 2 weeks before I needed the service, granted, the salesmen advised it wasn't serviced and could be due anytime but I didn't expect it so soon. On the day of collection, the young man who did the handover didn't seem to have much knowledge on which car I was buying and didn't have the paperwork ready, it was very close to the end of the day however, I can only presume the salesmen had left and someone had been looking after everything. I would certainly consider Essex Car Company for my next car, everything was handled with professionalism and I was able to negotiate a price we were all happy with.

I am really happy with Essex Car Company as a business, I think I am going to have to come back to them sooner than I hoped as I have had my Audi Q7 has unfortunately been stolen. I will happily trust Essex Car Company with my business once more as the car was excellent and the service was exceptional as well. I was promised a couple bits after sales, they promised to refurbish my wheels and fully service the car, they kept their word but would have been full marks if they had been able to facilitate this a little quicker. I think it took nearly 2 weeks to get these done. Credit where credit is due, this was done to a really high standard.

I don't do a massive amount of miles but over the last 6 months I have been really enjoying using the Hyundai Tucson I purchased from Essex Car Company, it's a great motor, lots of space, runs very well, looks really nice and ticks all the boxes for what I need. The customer service has been flawless and the whole team have been very friendly and welcoming. I have already suggested to my cousins they should come to Essex Car Company for their cars and will be keeping ,y eye out for an automatic in the new year if they have something simular.

The experience dealing with Essex Car Company has been top tier, I have never had a car like this before but liked the look and feel of the Nissan Juke on the test drive and it's been great. I recommend Essex Car Company if you feel it's time for a change and are in the market for a used car, they have something for every budget!

Couldn't be happier with Essex Car Company and with the VW Tiguan I got from them. The car is great, still driving very well and I cannot foresee any problems there. My friend owns a private garage and has just completed the service for me, he says everything is okay. I would rate Essex Car Company 10 Stars, everything has been very good and I am happy.
