If these guys give u a time that for will deliver a car expect them to be BANG ON. The delivery ran so smoothly, I was at work at the time, I only work a few mins down the road so they give me a call when they were 20 mins away, I went home, collected my car and that was that. Just an easy, relaxed, stress-free process. The over all experience ran just as smoothly, It couldn't of gone better to be honest. The car is cool, no issues what so ever. Would be the first place I look when in need of a motor upgrade.

I like my Vauxhall Crossland alot, I got good service, I used this company 2 years ago when I bought my first car. The good service brought me back I expected the same service and reliability of the car. These people are kind and told me everything i needed.

All is very well with he car so far! The customer service, the presentation of the vehicle, the delivery and the customer service was all great down at Essex Car Company. I had my little girl with me and she was being a bit crazy, you know as they do, running around ect. I cant tell you how good the salesman H was was her, he was so lovely every step of the way. I will always recommend Essex Car Company.

Down at Essex Car Company I felt very well looked after and I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The car was clean and tidy and I am all round happy with my whole experience. I would use again in the future when its time for an upgrade and I for sure recommend.

The staff down at Essex car company in Rainham are the most welcoming, lovey, friendliest people ever. I had the most straight forward process when purchasing my Nissan Juke. The staff around the dealerships were always offering to make me a drink and making sure there is nothing else they can do for. I found about about these guys as my whole basically my whole family uses them and each and everyone of them would recommend and tell you how trustworthy these chaps are! No hassle when buying a car with these brilliant sales advisors, they make it easy!

I know all the boys down at Essex Car Company, they are all very good lads. I know them from buying my cars from here in the past. I have always had a great experience when buying from this tip top dealership, there is great customer service around the dealership, they are always making you feel comfortable and never put any pressure put on. These guys are very good at their job and are very knowledgeable, they definitely know their stuff! Is there anything you boys don't know about cars? Haha! Very happy, thanks lads!

We purchased an Nissan X Trail from Essex Car Company... I mean not my choice of car but the wife wanted it. You know, what the wife wants the wife gets. Its more ideal as a family car but we do really like it and it is highly reliable, I have had one before so nothing out of the ordinary for me. We was down not so long ago getting a service and an MOT and that all went well, I was happy with every aspect. I had David dealing with me and he was really good, such a nice guy. These guys are as good as gold.
