I've got no complaints about the service received from Car Central Birmingham. I needed the Hyundai Tucson delivered to me because I needed it to drive it to France. They managed to organise a date and time that suited me. They delivered the car on time and with a fresh valet.

It was my second time visiting the dealership as the first time was to view the car, and I ended up making the purchase on my second visit. It was a really good experience compared to other dealerships where I felt pressured. This place was much more relaxed, and I appreciated the team's approach. My Kia Ceed has been fantastic for the odd 45-minute trip I tend to do.

We already knew what car we wanted before arriving at the dealership so everything was made really easy for the guys. We had a couple of questions before going ahead with the purchase, to which every question was answered. I think it was Steve who looked after us but don't quote me on it and he couldn't have been any more help to be honest. Everything was pushed through quickly and we got a great car at the end of it.

Charlie was a sweet lad and to be honest he didn't step a foot wrong throughout the sale because nothing comes to mind that I'd change. I'm getting on well with my Fiesta so no complaints.

To be honest I wouldn't change anything about my first time experience at Essex Car Company. Everyone was really friendly, offered a test drive when I was ready and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere. One short test drive later and I was happy to go ahead with it. It's been a great car since.

Very happy with my Nissan. There was a couple of points that I wanted to be looked at before taking the car home and these were delt with quickly, all without an issue. Overall the customer service has been very good and I'm happy to give a solid 4 stars.

Steve has been as good as gold. He is always in communication and was on the ball to get any issues resolved as soon as possible. Me and the wife have been getting on very well with the Ford Kuga we purchased from Essex Car Company.
