I have bought many cars from Essex Car Company of the years and all have been wonderful experiences. My most recent purchase was a Audi Q2 for my wife and as usual its been a fantastic experience and she is thoroughly enjoying her car. There is not doubt in my mind that when I am ever in need for another car in the future I will be going back to my friends at Essex Car Company.

Loving my new Vauxhall Crossland from Essex Car Company, can't fault the car! The process to buy was really great, the staff make everything so simple and straightforward.

My family was growing and the space in my Nissan Juke was getting smaller, so the MG ZS is not only a great upgrade is the perfect fit for us. The process in purchasing the car from Essex Car Company was so very easy and I am pleased to say since having the MG we have had absolutely no issues. I am not one to give full marks for anything so its 4 stars from me, but I honesty cannot think of anything they could improve on. Maybe see you in a few years for another upgrade.

Only car I had my eyes on when I went down to Essex Car Company, it didn't disappoint. Not only is the car fabulous and running like a dream the service I have been provided whilst in the dealership and after has been second to non, very helpful and accommodating. When the time comes for me to upgrade they will be my first stop, but in the meantime I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you all at Essex Car Company!

Whilst searching online I came across Essex Car Company, the website was very user friendly and easy to navigate, then when I saw the Ford Focus I knew I had to go and see the car. Even tho whilst I was in the dealership it took a little longer than I had expected due to the finance, the salesman kept me up to date constantly and was very friendly. Soon enough I was driving away in my new car. I have had the Focus a couple of months now I am thoroughly enjoying the drive and I would consider them in the future.

Getting the Vauxhall Mokka has been the best decision I've made in the past 3 months. Previously, I had a Vauxhall Adam which I got in my mid 20's but with all the backroad driving I do, I needed something I felt safer in, and the Mokka is exactly that. On the day of viewing the car it was Al, the salesman and he was a joy to deal with. From start to finish, he had a smile on his face, making both me and my mum laugh at some of the stuff he was coming out with. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was very relaxing and I can't fault his service.

I think 4 out of 5 is still a great score! I don't really give top marks because I'm a believer that there is always room for improvement. For now though the car has been running well and as it's my daily car, it's been the perfect runner.

I've not come across any issues yet. 5 stars.

My Vauxhall Corsa has been brilliant overall. There was one minor issue with the boot post-purchase because I noticed it didn't come with a spare wheel, but since everything else was mechanically sound, I didn't mention it. On the day I think it was Ali, the staff member who handled my purchase, who was really helpful. He kept me updated and made sure I could pick it up on a Saturday at a convenient time. It was handy to have the one-day insurance to drive it away, although I just missed the eligibility cut off. Luckily, my dad was there to drive it home for me. I'd rate it 4.5 stars if I was being picky.

I've taken my Suzuki Swift on some serious road trips, travelling up and down the country on the motorways. The customer service when I arrived at the dealership was very welcoming I might have been a bit of a tough customer, but I reckon I got a fair deal in the end. Rated it 5 stars because on the day of collection, the car was spotless inside and out. There was a missing part initially, but Essex Car Company covered the cost, and I picked it up recently. Apologies to the salesman—I can't recall his name, all I can remember was he is about 5'10".
