Luckily for the team there wasn't one member of staff I spoke to who I thought was pressuring me into buying a car because if they did I would of walked away. To be honest with you it was the opposite because once I was happy to go ahead with it, they managed to get me a good deal on it that we were both happy with. It was a good experience and I can't fault it. We got a lovely car and that's all that matters.

5 stars all round for the team and quality of cars that they have! I was recommended to visit here when I was in the market for a new car by a friend of mine because she had such a good experience. After a quick look on the website, I was happy to find that they had a car of interested to me which was the Mercedes GLA. It's a car that I've wanted for a while so I was keen to view it. Long story short, I was happy once I saw the car and I've been just as happy since driving it away.

Things are going well with our new car, touch wood. We've racked up about 3000 miles already, and it's not missed a beat. To make things easier on the day we knew exactly what we were after, so the whole process was straight forward after we were happy with the test drive that was offered on the day. Thanks to a great experience, my daughter is looking at there site as she is thinking of downsizing, so we've been scouting out options to see what she likes. Hopefully we get the chance to visit the team again if she decided to go ahead with a car.

Everything went exactly how I would have wanted it to go when I was buying my car. So in my eye's it was a 5 star service.

I'm over the moon with my recent purchase of the Vauxhall Mokka X from Essex Car Company. Honestly, I hadn't heard of them before, but they've been absolutely fantastic. From the moment I enquired about the car, they were transparent about when it would be ready, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way for that I can't fault their communication because it was spot on. I wish I could remember the salesman's name to give him a proper shoutout, but regardless, I'm grateful for everything they've done.

My Volkswagen Polo is simply perfect, I've had no issues whatsoever. It's been my trusty daily driver for over 8 weeks now. I didn't waste any time and headed down to view it! Straight away they offered me a test drive, and once we got back from the quick spin, the staff were incredibly informative about the history of the car. No complaints on my end.

My Kia Sportage is doing great! It's been spot on, and I've got no complaints about it whatsoever. I recently had it serviced at a Kia main dealership, and they told me it's in brilliant condition, which just adds to my satisfaction. So, overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. It was definitely worth the drive down from Kent where I live.

Had my Vauxhall Mokka X for a good while now and I'm really impressed with how it's preformed so far. It goes as I expect it to, and everything I was told about the car turned out to be true. Hopefully I get the pleasure of buying a new car from here at some point in the future.

Charlie at the dealership was fantastic—friendly, approachable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning in the future when it's time for another car.
