Such a good first impression with Essex Car Company, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, I felt really at ease when buying my Kuga. The car itself has been lovely, I have owned the car a few months now and haven't had any problems, I definitely recommend them!

Dead quick and easy purchase, I was basically in and out. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and got the job sorted. There was no messing around or delays, just straight to he point, honest sale. I would be more than happy to buy from here again.

I think this is the easiest car I have ever bought, everything was so quick and easy it was great. The 4 series has been driving a dream, not had a single fault or issue. If they had a car in that I was after in the future, I would be more than happy to return!

To be honest, since taking the car away I have not had any issues at all, it has been a cracking car. The sale was easy and the gent who helped was a good laugh. The only thing that was a a bit of a faff was getting the paperwork, but that was all sorted in the end.

It was H who I dealt with during the sale, and he was lovely, such a nice guy to buy from. He walked me through the process, didn't rush anything and explained everything really clearly. There was two rips in the passenger seat that he said he would get sorted, so I am quite happy with how things are going. I would be more than happy too recommend this great dealership to others.

There were a few touchup's that needed doing, but the lads were more than happy to get the car back in for me and get those sorted. Right from the get to everyone was really helpful, and even after when I was having issues, they were very helpful and got those resolved right away. Couldn't have asked for much more from the lads, they did a great job.
