The customer service I received from Essex car company was outstanding from start to finish. A week after purchasing my Ford Fiesta the battery died on it, upon phoning the dealership to explain the issue they were amazing and so helpful, my car was fixed the same day. No hesitation no ill manor they apologised and offered to fix it straight away. Top company. The Fiesta is a lovely drive and was very clean and tidy on collection. I will be recommending Essex car company to all my friends and family any chance I can 5* service

Me and my partner just got our new ford focus from James, He was really easy to deal with and talk to he couldn't of helped us enough, honestly couldn't fault him or the team at all will definitely be referring them and be returning myself when I look to trade In for something new.

I purchased a Merc CLA 180 from this dealership at the end of Jan 2023. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before giving a review to test car fully. I very impressed by the level of service I received from Dave the sales advisor, he was very professional had a good knowledge of the vehicles, and was friendly. The car was in very good condition and the price was good as well as the part ex price offered. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family
