Tried to resolve this with Essex car company but no joy the car has a 3 to 4-inch rusty hole in the subframe near front suspention only had the car for a week it was sold with new mot will upload pictures once it has been inspected by the driver and vehicle licensing agency DVLA

Mugged off by sales asst (H) since sept 2019 in breach of written contract of promises if we bought car same day. Now taking legal action to get what he promised in writing in order to get his commission AVOID

Bought a Jaguar from Essex Car Company which developed an engine fault after 1300 miles. ECC collected vehicle and examined it diagnosing a piston ring failure. They offered to repair the fault and provide a 12 warranty or return my money. Given the repair would take at least a month I opted for a refund. The money was transferred to my account the next working day. You can buy with confidence at ECC as if things do go wrong they will not run a mile and deny any liability.
