I think this is the easiest car I have ever bought, everything was so quick and easy it was great. The 4 series has been driving a dream, not had a single fault or issue. If they had a car in that I was after in the future, I would be more than happy to return!

To be honest, since taking the car away I have not had any issues at all, it has been a cracking car. The sale was easy and the gent who helped was a good laugh. The only thing that was a a bit of a faff was getting the paperwork, but that was all sorted in the end.

It was H who I dealt with during the sale, and he was lovely, such a nice guy to buy from. He walked me through the process, didn't rush anything and explained everything really clearly. There was two rips in the passenger seat that he said he would get sorted, so I am quite happy with how things are going. I would be more than happy too recommend this great dealership to others.

There were a few touchup's that needed doing, but the lads were more than happy to get the car back in for me and get those sorted. Right from the get to everyone was really helpful, and even after when I was having issues, they were very helpful and got those resolved right away. Couldn't have asked for much more from the lads, they did a great job.

The car has been absolutely wonderful, it is such a lovely car to drive and runs beautifully. I have bought several cars from here in the past and have never had an issue. My Polo is lovely, absolutely perfect, just the way I like it! I can't complain all, it looked gorgeous when I came to pick up and it has been ever since. It was my first time using Essex Car Company and they were perfect, everyone was so lovely, it was really nice and quick, I couldn't fault them. I have had a few of my friends ask me where I got my car from, and I have recommended them to here.

Chris has been absolutely perfect right from the get go. 100% I will be using these again, I actually have my eye on the next car I am wanting already! I did have two issues with the car, but they were amazing and got these sorted right away for me. Ever since then the car has been a dream, can't recommend these enough.
