We purchased an Nissan X Trail from Essex Car Company... I mean not my choice of car but the wife wanted it. You know, what the wife wants the wife gets. Its more ideal as a family car but we do really like it and it is highly reliable, I have had one before so nothing out of the ordinary for me. We was down not so long ago getting a service and an MOT and that all went well, I was happy with every aspect. I had David dealing with me and he was really good, such a nice guy. These guys are as good as gold.

I love the BMW X1, its such a lovely car, I really enjoy driving it each and every time I get in behind the wheel. Thank you Essex Car Company for this opportunity. I was best impressed with the part ex, I got a really good deal and the hand over went smoothly. The customer service was very excellent and I cant recommend enough. :)

I came to Essex Car Company for a little upgrade, I already had a polo but I wanted some a little more flashier so I came to purchase the Polo R. I like driving it a lot more, it feels nicer to drive for sure. I put a deposit down on another car not so long ago but I wanted a different one and these guys were so patient with me and were really good all throughout. The VW Polo was just as described and the customer service from all sales advisors were top of the draw. A perfect little car from a very reliable dealership. Couldn't be happier!

My favourite thing about Victor (the manager) is that he has a positive solution for everything, I can't stress how positive that man is. The attitude he has towards the company he is representing is admirable, I have never seen someone take pride in their job the way Victor does. He has a solution for everything and anything, that is just the sort of man he is. Hats off for the level of respect and the amazing manners every member of staff in your dealership have (its no wonder with a manager with a manger like Victor). I was taken by surprise I didn't expect it to all be so positive! Nothing but 5 stars for Victor and his car dealership!
