I had a wonderful experience with Essex Car Company and I am happy with my A Class. There has only been one minor issue with the key batteries other than that the car is spot on. The gentleman who I was dealing with took the time to explain things clearly and had excellent knowledge. I felt like I was in safe hands throughout and would happily return.

The Ford Focus was for my Mrs, she drives it more than me and absolutely loves it. She is enjoying it and says it drives nicely! We were happy with literally everything from start to finish with the dealership. On arrival the car was lovely and clean, very well presented. Thank you for your kindness and the time you gave us well we were around the dealership.

If I told you I have had 2 speeding tickets since I had the car.. you may get an idea of just how much I am enjoying it!🤣 The BMW X1 is an impeccable car, the car handles extremely well, the smoothness of it make driving enjoyable. Thus far the car has been nothing but reliable. The customer service was perfect and David was amazing, he took his time with me and happily answered all my questions. Highly recommended from me!

In love with my Golf and absolutely thrilled with the service from Essex Car Company. I love the car, like actually love it. I love everything about the car my favorite thing is the style and the way it drives. I was that chuffing over the moon I give the guys £20 to go get a drink after work! This is my 3rd car from Essex and I will always go back because I get along with the chaps down there so well. H and Chris are lovely you know, we have a good chat and a good laugh when I'm down there. 5 stars all day long. Get yourself down ere for the best car buying experience and all the bants!

Ohhhhh and we are booked in for a remap on the Mercedes E Class, we will be flying soon. ( not like it wasn't fast enough already 😉) When I think about the car it leaves me with no words I love it that much. Just excellent. Now, the customer service....Absolutely 100% spot on, not a bad word to say. The young chap dealing with me was a pleasure to deal with. If it was up to me Essex Car Company would be getting 50 stars out of 5!
