I'm on my 5th car from Essex Car Company now an I'm sure there will be a 6th and most likely 7th time too. The customer service is unfaultable, this is why I keep coming back. Such a high level of customer care around the dealership, always happy to help you out and would move heaven and earth to make you a happy customer. Another reason as to why I come back when I'm looking to purchase another car, they are SO reliable! 5th time in and never been let down. A huge 5 stars for this amazingly, brilliant, 10/10 dealership.

Before coming to Essex Car Company I drove a old Ford Fiesta and I had been wanting a newer one for a while, I wanted a more techy updated modernised car. Thanks to Essex Car Company I got a newer version of the Fiesta and it had everything I wanted. Its definitely better than my old one, its smooth the drive and the gadgets are unreal. The customer service was great, I am very happy with every aspect of my experience at the dealership. A very smooth process. Many Thanks :)

Well what can I say about the customer service other than it was PERFECT!! There was no pushiness or hard sales from the team. I was able to take my time with the car before the purchase. I chose a lovely Ford Kuga and its is running very well. Truth be told I am very happy with the car and look forward to running it for the years to come.

I knew exactly what was happening with my car before I headed down to the dealership to collect it because they kept me so well informed throughout the process. I am happy with the car and have had no cause to use any of the aftersales services because the car is without fault. 👍
