We recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Essex car company for my daughter and could not be happier! She is still having lesson at the moment so hasnt driven it as much as she would have liked, but im sure she will be on the road in no time. We are really satisfied with the service we received too, the salesman was very helpful and was always on hand to speak to us, and answer any questions. We are highly impressed with the professionalism of the dealership.

We were looking at the cars they had available for sale for a while.. And they had loads! We set our eyes on a Nissan X Trail and Dave came to us to offer help. We found him very genuine and friendly and we never felt we were being pushed just to make a sale. He took time to answer all our questions, was very patient & offered to get the car ready as it was parked behind other cars for a test drive. Staff were polite and accomodating and when we decided to buy the car they did a great job valeting it to a high standard. But Dave was exceptional in how he treated us and was extremely helpful... Customer service at its best. Very happy with our purchase, thank you.

They were good as gold to me down at Essex Car Company, I had a right good laugh with them, it was a lovely experience all round. Thanks to the postal strike I am still wating on my log book but once it arrives I am looking forward many more years in it.

I am over the moon with my A Class from Essex Car Company, it is an absolutely smashing car. I would have no reason to give them anything less than five stars, the customer service was amazing. They had everything well thought out and in hand. I can't knock them, would have no reservations about returning.

Really easy car buying process, just need a few lose ends tying up then all will be perfect. Overall I am pleased with my Kuga, it is a nice car and has been a welcome change. Both my partner and I drive it and she is enjoying driving it too.
